Our 18-month-old just upgraded to this and loves it. He seems to be able to hold it well. The bristles are soft enough to feel nice even as his molars come in. A colorful option while reducing waste at the same time. A bit slippery for me to hold at times, but the vast majority of the time this toothbrush is easy to hold. My little girl holds it well on her own, 17 months.
